Da treffen sich schlie\u00dflich alle! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Kaffee, ein Croissant und einen Schwatz sp\u00e4ter hatten Marc, seiner Zeit Bereichsleiter Marketing und Kommunikation und ich, dereinst im Bereich Soziale Innovation und Digitalisierung unterwegs, den gemeinsamen Bedarf gefunden:\u00a0Resonanz mit Engagierten aus dem Roten Kreuz. Menschen, die sich f\u00fcr soziale Innovation, Digitalisierung und Social Media interessieren. Die Idee:\u00a0Wir veranstalten ein BarCamp\u00a0und finden heraus, was interessiert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover alignfull has-background-dim-10 has-background-dim has-parallax\" style=\"background-image:url(https:\/\/hannes-jaehnert.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/cmd17_3x1-1024x341.jpg)\"><div class=\"wp-block-cover__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-cover-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-typology-bg-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Der Cross Media Day war geboren &#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Schwung des ersten Cross Media Day im Konferenzgeb\u00e4ude des Berliner Generalsekretariats war beeindruckend. Wir wollten mehr! Aber Berlin? Bei der Organisation des BarCamps hatten wir so viel gelernt, das sollten auch andere erleben. Bald schon stand der Entschluss:&nbsp;Wir lassen den Cross Media Day wandern&nbsp;\u2013 jedes Jahr in einen anderen Ort und immer mit uns &#8220;huckepack&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Long before BarCamp, there were conferences.<\/p><cite><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/XMediaDay\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">@XMediaDay<\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Und es funktionierte. Es funktioniert immer noch!\u00a0Jedes Jahr wird der Cross Media Day ein bisschen anders, ein bisschen besser.\u00a0Jedes Jahr, lernen sich neue Engagierte kennen und jedes Jahr vernetzt sich das Rote Kreuz ein bisschen mehr &#8211; seit 2019 auch \u00fcber die Grenzen des DRK hinaus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selbst durfte ich den CMD drei Mal mit organisieren: 2017 den Piloten in Berlin, 2018 in M\u00fcnchen und 2019 in D\u00fcsseldorf. Beim digitalen CMD 2020 war ich dann als Gast-Moderator dabei und 2021 als Entwicklungs-Partner und Vertreter der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.d-s-e-e.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DSEE<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hannes-jaehnert.de\/wordpress\/hannes-jaehnert\/projekte\/\">zur\u00fcck<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fr\u00fchjahr 2017: Alles neu!
