Ohne die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ehrenamt.de\/\">Akademie f\u00fcr Ehrenamtlichkeit Deutschland<\/a> &#8212; und das muss an dieser Stelle wirklich mal gesagt werden &#8212; h\u00e4tte ich wohl nicht so fr\u00fch von <a href=\"http:\/\/www.coyotecommunications.com\/\">Jayne Cravens<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.energize.com\/\">Susan J. Ellis<\/a> und all den anderen geh\u00f6rt. Also hier mal ein nettes Dankesch\u00f6n an die Akademie, speziell an Thomas Kegel, der mich so lieb und geduldig unterst\u00fctzt. Ohne seine Unterst\u00fctzung h\u00e4tte ich n\u00e4mlich auch nicht Elize Smal von <a href=\"http:\/\/www.movisie.nl\/\">MOVISIE<\/a> kennen gelernt,  die mir vor kurzem einen interessanten Artikel zukommen lie\u00df. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.volunteertoday.com\/ARCHIVES2007\/4Q06%20Workshop_Macduff.pdf\">&#8220;The Multi-Paradim Model of Volunteering&#8221;<\/a> von Nancy McDuff ist vor zwei Jahren in einer amerikanischen Onlinezeitschrift f\u00fcr Volunteer-Management <a href=\"http:\/\/www.volunteertoday.com\/\"> &#8220;Volunteer Today&#8221;<\/a> erschienen. Im Artikel stellt McDuff eine Art Freiwilligenklassifizierung vor, die es erm\u00f6glichen soll, das Management entsprechend auszurichten.
