Mein kollegialer Rat: Das sollten wir bilateral abstimmen, bevor es zur Freigabe a.d.D. in die Hauspost geht.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Solche und \u00e4hnliche S\u00e4tze habe ich in den letzten fast acht Jahren im DRK ziemlich h\u00e4ufig geh\u00f6rt. \u00c4hnlich wie Umlauf- und Unterschriftenmappen sind es Artefakte einer speziellen Organisationskultur\u200a\u2014 Artefakte, die man kennen, mit denen man umgehen muss, will man im System irgendwas erreichen. Aber Vorsicht: Der Mensch wird am Du zum Ich!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich spreche ja nur so, um die \u00e4lteren Kolleg*innen mitzunehmen. So bin ich ja eigentlich gar nicht.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Stallgeruch ist wichtig. Es hilft ungemein, die gleiche oder mindestens eine \u00e4hnliche Sprache zu sprechen, sich \u00e4hnlich zu kleiden und den Umgang mit den \u00fcblichen Arbeitsmitteln zu beherrschen, die alle nutzen. Es hat aber auch seine Schattenseiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Die Grenzen meiner Sprache”, so hei\u00dft es, “sind die Grenzen meiner Welt.” Und was f\u00fcr Sprache gilt, gilt auch f\u00fcr Kleidung und Arbeitsmittel. Wenn ich zum Beispiel mit  Hemd und Weste auftrete und erz\u00e4hle, dass ich in einem “Generalsekretariat” arbeite und dabei vielleicht noch eine Gittermappe aus der Tasche hole, frame ich das anschlie\u00dfende Gespr\u00e4ch anders als w\u00fcrde ich mit der Nase im Smartphone nuscheln, das ich bei einem e.V. t\u00e4tig bin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elisabeth Wehling empfiehlt, sich das Framing als allt\u00e4glichen Subtext der (politischen) Kommunikation bewusst zu machen. Und sie hat recht! Wir k\u00f6nnen das Framing nicht vermeiden. Es ist immer da! Wir k\u00f6nnen aber dem Umstand gewahr werden, dass man auf entsprechender Weise begegnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sich zu verstellen und Stallgeruch zu imitieren gleicht also einem Spiel mit dem Feuer, denn der Mensch wird am Du zum Ich. <\/em>Soll hei\u00dfen:Bevor man sich\u2019s versieht ist der Stallgeruch echt und das Mindset gr\u00fcndlich auf Linie ger\u00fcckt.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
